I'm not a huge fan of baseball caps for logos, either fashion or "FAT COCK JIM'S BOAT RENTAL AND FLOPHOUSE" type branding.I do like Harris Tweed baseball caps though. They're lighter than you'd think, incredibly durable, not made in China and come off a little more grownup than logo baseball caps. You can find them pretty easily second hand too, they aren't as commonly made these days.

Only issue is these aren't as common, most of the ones you'll find second hand will have some sort of branding on them, Ralph Lauren used to make a ton of them. But you can find one's where the logo isn't gaudy since it doesn't stand out as much. If you're wearing brighter colors for spring and summer they're easy to coordinate as well.
