I have always enjoyed neighbor kots. In the building where I live everyone just lets their cats into the hallways and they mingle and visit other apartments. I can't tell you how many times I had to go to my late asshole's(may he rest in peace) favorite apartment to visit because he was hiding to avoid a trip to the vet.
Back when I lived with my dad the next door neighbor's cat started to hang out at our place until he eventually just stopped going home. Little did we know that jerkwad cat would live to be 25.

Rescued a road kitten. I think it’s a kitten? Never owned a cat. I intend on keeping her. So far I have:
Litter box
Liners
Litter
12 cans of soft kitten food, chicken and fish.
Water dish
Food dish
Catnip litter box ‘attracter’
Anti-catshit stench removing spray.

I gave her a small can of cat food on the road, given her a bath with dawn dish soap, dried and warmed her up and now she’s sleeping a purring on my lap.

Catbros, what am I missing? Also any tips for litterbox training? Also she wouldn’t drink any water on the road. Is that concerning? She’s not foamy or gross so I don’t suspect rabies. How many times should a kitten her size be eating per day?

Her name is Fury.

With wet food cats can get most if not all their hydration from the food itself so I wouldn't worry. As for litter training it should be minimal as long as she knows it's there as cats instinctively want to bury their shit. For food I'd just follow package directions desu

This thread is dedicated to all animals of the reptilia and amphibia classes. Topics include, but are not limited to: geckos, snakes of all kinds, frogs, salamanders, newts, turtles, tortoises, and much more. Before asking a question, do a search on the internet to see if it has been answered
Classifieds for finding breeders and products:
>morphmarket.com
>kingsnake.com
>faunaclassifieds.com
>reptilescanada.com (Canadian breeders)
>caudata.org
Most forums will have a "for sale" section on them, so look for that, especially if you have a specific herp you want. Craigslist can also be a good source for cheap aquariums, and make sure to check for any reptile expos that occur in your area.

When asking a question, make sure to include these details:

I found a small frog in a well today. It had no vestigial tadpole features, but it refused to move when placed on the ground. When I put it in the old bath we currently use as a water reservoir, it was much more vigorous, but it didn't resurface and ended up hiding under the stone on the bottom. Is it normal frog behaviour? It was early evening, and the frog was most likely a common brown frog. I get it, frogs like water and darkness, but it was weird that it didn't move on land. Could it be some freaky amphibian that has fully adapted to living in a dark well? Should I throw it back into the well tomorrow if it's still around?

ESL? I don't like opinions that can't be justified non-esoterically. I never said anything about the mainstream. I especially don't like when people people try to make themselves appear better than others.
>>
>>4800027
>I don't like opinions that can't be justified non-esoterically
I get what you're trying to say but personal opinions on certain topics can kind of come from anywhere. The justification comes in when you're trying to convince others that they should be thinking like you. E.g:
>I am vegan because I don't like the idea of eating animal products
VS:
>I am vegan because eating animal products is morally reprehensible
One of these is a simple personal choice based on personal opinion. The other is something the individual perceives as some sort of 'moral right' and therefore implying that you're morally in the wrong for doing something different, despite both of these statements coming from the same place (Feelings rather than Facts).
Appealing to some kind of made-up sense of nobility is the latter, by the way.
>>
>>4800032
>noooo just make everything an opinion or say you were put up to it by a god or something with a concrete bible verse that way you cant hurt feelings and we can agree to disagree
Conviction is chadliness.
Opinions are cowardice.
Faith is cuckoldry.

You are afraid to have the right opinion and need to exist in a world of subjectivity so you can neither win nor lose
Your ancestors would be ashamed. You are a slave.

What's your favorite smelling flower /plant/?
>>
>>4799825
Water lily unironically. Fantastic scent on pair with roses but more unique. Smell might differ slightly from cultivar to cultivar though.
>>
>>4799825
Different roses have different smells, all similar but it varies in the intensity mostly but other aspects of the particular smell

I'm still trying to figure out the best smelling roses.... Perhaps even create one variation that smells delicious
>>
>>4799825
Roses are the obvious choice, but I also love violets, daphne, and witch hazel.

No.
Well, on the odd occasion, I have a laptop in there which I mirror to the TV, but mainly I post from this laptop in my bedroom.

>>4799825
None. I have hay fever, I wish I could enjoy their smell, they ALL flowers just seem to burn my nose and make it feel like I'm shoving a snooker que up there.
The only things I can smell a difference in are herbs.
So I'd say lavender.
Or lemon viburnum, rub the leaves in your fingers, smells like a sherbet lemon sweet in your nose. Don't put the leaf in your mouth though, it's edible but it tastes like shit.
