In remembrance of the last paper planes thread, which just so happened to be one of the oldest boards on 4chan that passed away quite recently, this thread will serve as its successor. >>620639The original designs tend to fly better, since they weren't constrained by looking like something that already exists. That being said, the concord appears to be just about the same as the clean SST, but with the wing slung lower. I haven't directly compared performance but it might be interesting. If I remember correctly the circular wing canard flies really good too, as do the F-15 and F-22 models (though I may be thinking of A. Suzuki's versions). The Trilinear series is pretty cool. The increased rigidity provided by the fuselage geometry is really useful when launching with a rubber band.
Are there any scans of these Fold 'n Fly models from the late 90s? I remember buying these at a museum back way back when I was a kid but I never had the foresight to scan and save the pages before I made them.
I folded these birds 4 or 5 years ago from a CP i found on japanese twitter. I can't remember the designer anymore, and i dont have a CP either. can anyone help me in finding the designer of this model?

Greetings to all members of Papercraft & Origami. I'm seeking advice on the most effective method for precisely cutting a square from a large sheet of paper. Additionally, I'm interested in suggestions for adding color to my plain white sheet through painting techniques. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. >>620542You could always paint digitally then print onto both sides of the paper, i would just use a ruler and an Xacto knife to make squares of the desired size.
I've always had issues getting a perfect square from a large sheet
folding a corner toward the edge like your picrel marks the square perfectly. Just cut along the superimposed edge. Dont fold to hard if the crease is undesired

Is there any good origami book collection torrent that is still alive? I lost everything because I dropped my external hard drive. I tried to look for old torrents and links which I've downloaded before. But they are all dead. There's the 8-part 20 Origami Books Collection. But it's kinda meh.
