I believe you can only get to 20 max as a cap. But still the easiest ones to raise will be Per and Str with Agi and Con being at third with gear and food. The hardest stat to raise is Int thanks to the All-In nerf. Though raising Dex his semi hard as well since you only have food and drugs, Will technically has more gear to raise it but it's all end game stuff and just has All-In besides the utility tower feat but that's Dom only and random chance as well

I'd also enjoy a turnbased rpg from them in FF17 but that probably would never happen, you'd think after BG3 success they may change their mind but we shall wait and see.

Absolutely not. Again, I really like the game, but fuck no the battle system sucks. The only good thing is that commands happen very quickly.
-The normal enemies are garbage and boring to beat, and this is the core of the game. The normal battles are just switching to the character that counters the enemy with the next turn.The bosses are difficultish but there's always a pattern to win and it's a small part of the game.
-ATB from IV-IX was better (esp w/ speed boost). You have to be able to analyze the situation and quickly respond, in FFX you can sit there for hours deciding your next move and it's boring.

I always see a lot of love for 9 and I honestly don’t get it. I realize a lot of people prefer the “medieval” aesthetic, but the characters and overall story in 9 are just so bland compared to the absolute mind fucks of 6-9. Even compared to the other medieval entries it gets blown out of the water by 4.
Not to mention they killed of the only interesting character in the game early on.

Idk i mean if ur looking for simple numbers go up fun with a main story I'd honestly recommend you try something on the GBC or GBA. They often have solid gameplay and mechanics with charming art. Many of the best versions of FF games are GBA too.

Life of a Wizard which is an odd mix of basic and delightful.
